Birthday Week

Brendan and I celebrate our birthdays this week.  He turns six on Earth Day while my 46th is on the 18th.  I'll take every birthday I can get these days, but we don't have big plans other than an arranged play date for Brendan that will allow Kirsteen and I time to go out for a nice dinner.

On the other hand, Brendan has invited his entire kindergarten class to party at our house on Saturday the 24th.  With a jumping castle, squirt guns and a proposed water-balloon fight, me against ALL the kids, it should be a rollicking and noisy good time for everyone.
